Refunds: In the event an Adelphi becomes unable to attend the event a registration refund of 50% of funds paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, may be requested up until 12:00 am on May 27th, 2016. No refunds will be processed after the deadline. In the event of extreme circumstances please notify the committee and the refund will be considered on a case by case basis.

Ex: Adelphi United has paid her $150  fee in full, but she now realizes she will not be able to attend the fellowship event. Adelphi requests a refund prior to the deadline and is refunded $50 of her funds paid in. ($150 paid in full minus $50 non-refundable deposit, then 50% of remaining $100 equals a $50 refund for Adelphi.)

**Ensure to place a comment in the "Notes to Seller" section of the payment screen IF any specific amount breakdown required (i.e 1-Full Registration & 1-Guest Registration) so that your payment may be properly applied. If no specific instruction is provided all payments will first be applied to Deposit, then registration balance, lastly any guest registration.  You will be contacted via email in the event of any questions.
